This post is a little late, seeing as the jubilee was a couple of weeks ago now! But I thought I'd upload a picture of the scones I made as a contribution to our house tea party. We had rolls, cupcakes, biscuits, tea and even sandwiches without the crusts! My scones went down a treat and were gobbled up quickly. However, an argument quickly ensued over whether the jam or the cream comes first! They are so easy to make that I will have to make them more!Lesson number 15: Jam first, then cream!
